Near the river Arroyo de Calalaraje between Playa de Cala Sardina and Playa de Gobernador in Manilva (Málaga), an attractive new development with several apartments is being built: "Blue Marine". Completion is scheduled for the end of 2025/beginning of 2026, but you can already register now.
The apartments have different floor plans with living spaces of around 85 to 115 square metres. They have three or four bedrooms and are usually spread over two floors.
