A total of 69 Andalusian-style villas are being built with the new development "Soleia Living el Chaparral" in Mijas Costa. The villas with living areas of around 200 to 340 square metres are located in the picturesque mountain village of Mijas Costa, in the immediate vicinity of the Chaparral Golf Club. Playa de Chaparral is also within walking distance, in about 10 minutes.
In the first phase, 23 villas will be built. They convince with their south-facing position and sea view. The villas have 3 to 4 bedrooms and different layouts. In addition to an open and fully equipped kitchen with living/dining area and access to the terrace and garden, they have several bathrooms (some en suite) and a small laundry room. Large windows provide natural light and create a smooth transition between living space and surroundings. There is space for your car in a garage.
You can also book extras. These extras include, for example, a mini-pool in the garden, underfloor heating in bathrooms and - depending on the house type - a lift.
