Exclusive luxury villas in Benahavís
14 luxury villas are being built on a gated residential complex in Benahavís with an area of 269,000 square metres (the equivalent of around 38 football pitches). You can choose between three types of villa: Villa Romeo, Villa Laurel and Villa Tomillo.
Villa Romeo offers you a living space of around 135 square metres spread over one floor. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. All three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace. This can also be reached from the open-plan kitchen with dining/living area.
The Villa Laurel with four bedrooms and four bathrooms has a living space of around 170 square metres spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining/living area and a guest WC. You can also access the terrace from the ground floor. On the first floor are the three further bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom, as well as another bathroom accessible from the hallway.
The living space of around 150 square metres of Villa Tomillo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms is spread over three floors. As with the other villas, you benefit from a fully equipped kitchen including a living/dining area, terraces, gardens and a private swimming pool. Extra high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the villas also ensure optimal light. Depending on the variant, parking facilities such as carports or garages are available.
