Eighteen luxury villas are being developed as part of the “Vista Lago Residences” new development on a 6.5-hectare site at the Real-de-La-Quinta-Resort in Benahavís. Four of these eighteen luxury villas, which have been awarded a prestigious real estate prize for their location, are available through us: “Villa Azure” (Villa No. 1), “Villa Surya” (Villa No. 2), “Villa Larimar” (Villa No. 4), and “Villa Auriga” (Villa No. 17). These four luxury villas feature living areas ranging from 498 to 535 square meters, with 3 to 4 bedrooms, and are oriented southeast or southwest.
