Mãla Kai Resort

You could probably translate the Hawaiian words “mãla kai” as “sea garden”. A name that aptly describes the new development on Calle Josefina Samper in Estepona. On the one hand, Playa Arroyo Vaquero and the sea are only about 1.6 kilometres away and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. For another, the municipality of Estepona is known as the garden of the Costa del Sol, and its employees plant more than a million flowers every year. However, the residents of the “Mãla Kai Resort” will not only benefit from the attractive location with very good infrastructure, but also from exclusive residential units.

On site, 70 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms are being built in a total of seven blocks. The ground-floor apartments will have their own garden, while the other apartments will have spacious terraces or roof terraces.

An example of a possible floor plan: An three-bedroom apartment, for example, is 164.67 square metres in size and has two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. From the living/dining area, where the fully equipped kitchen is located, you have access to a spacious terrace.

All apartment owners can use the common area of the “Mãla Kai Resort”. There, a pool, a fitness room and a garden area invite you to leisure activities. In addition, parking and storage facilities are available at the resort.
