With Costafiore Gardens – a Dutch-Spanish project – 28 modern apartments and 7 penthouses with 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be created on an estate in the up-and-coming community of Arroyo Enmedio in the southwest of Estepona.

The apartments and penthouses, ranging in size from 89.40 to 137.43 square metres, have an open-plan kitchen, living room and terraces in addition to the bedrooms, and are distributed over three buildings with different facilities.

You can choose from three different types of apartments (type 1, type 2, type 3), which differ in terms of their location in the building, the number of square metres and the size of the terraces.

What unites all the buildings, however, is the high quality, the Mediterranean but modern style and the use of special sliding doors that can be opened particularly wide and ensure maximum light flooding.

The 7 penthouses (type 4) also have a private pool with a size of 17 to 19 square metres.

In your new home, you can look out to sea from the south and to the mountains from the north. You will also benefit from amenities such as pools, a gym and a spa on the property, as well as from the excellent location: it won’t take you long to get to the beach from your apartment or penthouse.

In phase 2, another 40 or so apartments in the same style will be built in the gated community.
