Sascha Tiebel is co-founder and CMO of newEstepona.com and runs everything technical, marketing and advertising in the background.
He has built websites since the early days of the web and has specialised in real-estate websites and marketing from the start. In 1998 he founded the agency wavepoint, which works with many of the leading estate agents, associations and franchises in Germany. He also runs maklerrank.de, an independent platform that ranks the best agents in Germany from millions of data points, the Costa del Sol resale portals realEstepona.com, realMarbella.net and realBenahavis.com, and the German-language Estepona guide estepona.city.
His expertise spans web design and development, SEO, SEA, EEAT, corporate design, social media and AI. For newEstepona he aggregates the market data, tracks the market and analyses price trends — the basis of the investment articles and the upcoming investor section.
